Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on August 15th, 1994. Her profession in the fitness industry is very well-known. Ashley does not talk about her the family members, but her mother, who was an infamous bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s was credited with instilling her love of fitness. Ashley has always been very active. As a young girl of 4, she began to swim and she did so for 10 years. The fact that she did not adhere to a rigorous diet meant she did not participate in a lot of the contests. Even though she gained some acclaim throughout her teenage years mainly because of her good looks and her curves body but we don't know if there was anyone who was with her in this time. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she would not enroll at a college. In the end, Ashley focused her energy on a career as a fitness model. Ashley realized that she didn't like the appearance of her body at the age of fifteen. She was encouraged by her grandpa who advised her to join the gym. He suggested she go slowly and work on the body gradually. Ashley participated in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014, and finished 7th. The victory was a source of inspiration for her to train harder. In 2015, she competed in the WBFF World Championships and won fifth place after this competition ended. Ashley realized that she did not want to compete anymore. There were offers to do photoshoots while she was playing, but she wasn't looking to combine her career, however now that she quit competing she decided to turn into an exercise model. A popular fitness mag featured her on its cover that sparked the career path of fitness models. The model has now become a sought-after model and has posed for numerous bikini brands and worldwide known clothing companies.
